Miranda shares Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, as well as sons Hart, 7, Myles, 6, and Pierre, 2, with husband Evan Spiegel.

In the interview he said: ‘All my children, except the baby, have been taught Vedic meditation and each has their own mantra.

‘This is something I’ve practiced since I was 17 and is the key to my connection and commitment.

‘As an adult you do it for 20 minutes, but for my kids, my six-year-old does it for six minutes, my seven-year-old does it for seven minutes, and so on.’

He added: ‘In this New Year [Flynn] He said: “Mom, I want to meditate with you every morning at 6 o’clock and do this for 20 minutes.”

‘On the days he did this… he said: “I really noticed a difference. The days I did it, I felt much calmer.”‘

After finishing the meditation, Miranda uses the LYMA laser on her body, face, and neck for 15 minutes before following her morning skincare routine.

Once full-time mom Miranda has completed her strict routine, she takes her kids to school twice a week, while her husband does the other three days.

1. Wake up at 5am to watch the sunrise

2. Drink lemon water, celery juice and coffee

3. Vedic rolling

4. Mediation with 15-year-old son

5. LYMA laser on your body for 15 minutes

6. Skin care routine

7. Have dinner at 16.30

8. Play relaxing music and dim lights

9. Second round of LYMA laser

10. 21.00 bedtime

Miranda ends her day with an early family dinner at 4.30pm and ensures that relaxing music is played throughout her home.

Having been up since 5 a.m., Miranda goes to bed at 8.30 p.m. and completes her second round of laser therapy.

Talking about being an ‘early bird’, he explained: ‘I wake up every morning between 5 and 5.30 in the morning, I’m quite an early bird.

‘I wake up naturally, so I’ve practiced it for years because I was naturally a night owl before I met my husband and we’ve been together for 12 years this year.

‘I remember one of the first Friday nights we spent together and he said to me, ‘Okay, let’s go to bed.’ “It’s about 20:30,” I said. And he said, “Yeah, let’s go to bed.”

‘I absolutely love it now.’

As she incorporates her routine into her children’s routine, she continued: ‘I put them to bed early and then I have time for myself. Around 5pm, I put soothing music throughout the house and dim the lights so I can naturally help my kids calm down.

‘I put the baby to bed at 17.30 because it gets dark. My kids and I eat at 4:30pm, which is a little early.

‘Then I get into bed and put the two mats on me; a cell optimization mat and my web laser device mat.

‘I do this routine with the Lyma laser for 15 minutes. ‘Then I put on the milk mushroom mask and it really plumped up the skin, it’s an overnight mask.’

Saying that her ultimate goal is to be a ‘grandmother with perfect skin’, Miranda said that she would not rule out having a face lift in the future.

She explained: ‘I know a lot of people who have had facelifts and they are really happy with the results.

‘It’s not something I’m actively thinking about at the moment because I’m happy with where I’m at. But you never know until you’re in this situation.

‘I always told myself that I wanted to be a grandmother with great skin. This is my aim. That’s what I’m going for.’
