Tamil Nadu: Kerosene bombs hurled at MP Karti Chidambaram’s office in Karaikudi

On Wednesday morning, March 11, 2026, kerosene bombs were hurled by unidentified assailants at the office of former Union Minister P. Chidambaram and MP Karti Chidambaram in Subramaniyapuram, Karaikudi.

Following the incident, the police arrived at the scene and started an investigation by examining forensic evidence. Also, Karaikudi MLA S. Mangudi personally visited the site. Sivaganga District Police Chief R. Shiva Prasad also inspected the scene.
