Tamil Nadu: One dead, 18 injured after helium cylinder explodes in Kallakurichi

Kallakurichi: At least one person was killed and 18 others were injured when a helium cylinder exploded during the Thenpennai River Festival at Manalurpettai in Kallakurichi district on Monday, an official said.
