Tata Capital listed on NSE with minor gains; Tata Sons vows sustainable growth, value creation – The Economic Times Video

Tata Capital, a company owned by the Tata Group, made its debut on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday, marking a major milestone in the company’s journey. On the NSE, shares listed at Rs 330 per share commanded a 1.23 per cent premium over the IPO price of Rs 326. The IPO price range for the Rs 15,512 crore issue was Rs 310-326 per share. This is one of the largest IPOs in terms of issuance size this year. Speaking at the listing event in Mumbai, Saurabh Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Tata Sons Group, said the listing represents the beginning of a new phase for the company, stepping into the public market.
