Vijayawada will be developed as a tourist hub with grand celebrations during Dasara Utsavams, says NTR District Collector

The state government plans to develop Vijayawadada, a gateway to Amaravati, as a tourist center. NTR Regional Collector G. Lakshmisha, Vijayawada’nın tourism projects by developing ‘Victory City’ will endure, he said.

Bay Lakshmisha, who participated in the ‘Yogandhra Achievement Meeting’ held on Friday, said Vijayawada Utsav will be celebrated on a large scale during Dasara Utsavams.

The city of Vijayawada will endure for Utsavams. The collector said that all intersections, Prakasam Dam, Main Roads and Temples Dasara Mararatri will be illuminated during utsavams.

Emphasizing the tourism potential of Vijayawada, Mr. Lakshmisha said that several thematic tourism projects, including temple tourism, ecotourism and Buddhist circuit, are continuing. Authorized, Mulapadu Butterfly Park, Kondapalli Toys Experience Center, Gandhi Hill Project, the revival of the Restructural and Krishna River Ghats and the initials such as illumination of the inheritance areas, he added.

Painting Competition on July 13

The collector said that a painting competition will be held in various government programs at Map Berm Park at 06.30 on Sunday, July 13th.

Artists and students can draw paintings in the themes of ‘NO to the United Plastic Plastic’, ‘Swachhandhra-Swarnandhra’, ‘Su’, ‘Maphandhra’ and ‘P4’ (Public-Special-Human Partnership) and earn cash prizes from 1000 to 10,000.
