Teacher who sent explicit pictures to 15-year-old boy banned for life
A teacher who sent open pictures to a 15 -year -old student was banned from his life profession.
27 -year -old Georgia Lowe was arrested by the child’s mother when “inappropriate” notes were found.
When he heard a teaching arrangement agency (TRA) panel, his relationship with him started with emojis and nicknames months after he started in the role, he started with e-mail sessions late at night.
When the incident appeared, Mrs. Lowe was suspended by the school, but she sent her sexual images of the Trace panel to her contact with the student again.
After resigning, the panel was found guilty of sexual communication with a child and was sentenced to a 14 -month imprisonment.
In July 2021, Lowe started to work as an intern at the Kingsmead School in Staffordshire.
In September of that year, when the panel was “responsible for the 15-year-old child that year, he began to send him an e-mail until 22.00.
His messages had a heart symbol emojis, usually used a kiss and used aspirations.
Ms. Lowe wrote to the student using expressions such as “make me proud”, “try not to miss me too much” and “you have already done my day”.
In October 2021, the child found notes he believed to be from his mother Miss Lowe and reported his concerns to the school. The panel was initiated an investigation and MS Lowe was suspended.
Although Tra was a warning shot on the springs ,, the teacher came into contact with the child again and sent him sincere photos.
Mrs. Lowe resigned in November 2021 and was accused by the police.
The panel initially refused to blame before the accusation for being guilty on the trial day.
Mrs. Lowe was sentenced to 14 months in prison, suspended for 18 months and recorded sex criminals for 10 years.
In his words, the court said that Judge Mrs. Lowe used the “gross confidence violation ve and that he used the environment you work with to maintain your sexual interest openly”.
The judge said, ın You have passed to the passing of inappropriate notes and ultimately at the end of the period we are worried about, issues that rise to special digital communication with you, including you sending your own images to your underwear, ”he said.
“The relevant aspect of your case is that after the issues emerged, you learned what was going on by her mother, you talked, and you still had a face -to -face meeting with her at the school, and finally when the investigation was started and you were suspended from work, then you contacted yourself again and involves sending yourself the images of yourself.
“This was a warning on your springs during the investigation and suspension at the school, but you did not end your pursuit at that time.”
Marc Cavey, the decision -making on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, said Mrs. Lowe’s behavior was “incompatible with working as a teacher”.
He decided that he should be banned to teach indefinitely.
