A teaching assistant has been accused of having sexual intercourse with a teenage boy with whom he had allegedly been in a “dating” relationship since he was just 12 years old.

Stephanie Jensen, 41, who worked at Faith Lutheran School, was accused of having sex with the teen multiple times, according to a criminal complaint filed in Fond du Lac County Court on Monday, WBAY reported.

The victim claimed Jensen began “flirting” with her when she was just 12 years old. He claimed that Jensen, who taught second grade at his school while he was in eighth grade, was fully aware of his age and that their paths frequently crossed on the school grounds.

The teenager stated that she first had sex with Jensen in September 2024, before she turned 16, because she did not yet have a driver’s license. She reported to investigators that she and Jensen had sex at least four times between the ages of 15 and 17.

According to the complaint, Jensen is also accused of sending sexually explicit photos to the teen during this period, and the teen claims he would also send sexually explicit photos to his underage friends. Mirror USA.

“Victim 1 stated that Stephanie Jensen not only sent nude images to her, but also nude content to her friends,” the complaint stated. “Victim 1 said the news she wanted to share was circulating in her group of friends, so she would add it to see what people she knew would share with them.”

When confronted by detectives, Jensen denied having sexual intercourse with the teen. However, police stated that the woman confessed to sending nude photos and videos to the young man.

When the detective informed Jensen he would be arrested, Jensen allegedly said, “I’m not under arrest” and refused to get up from the couch. A detective had to physically pull Jensen off the couch by his arm, according to the complaint.

When officers handcuffed her, the woman resisted and backed away until detectives commanded her to stop.

According to the Fond Du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, Jensen is charged with Possession of Child Pornography, several counts of Enticing a Child and showing private parts to a Child, and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. Following his arrest, Jensen was expelled from school.

“Faith Lutheran School terminated Stephanie Jensen following formal allegations filed in court on Monday,” the school said in a statement. he said. “Faith’s faculty, staff, and administration are committed to the safety and care of our students, staff, families, and community. We pray for everyone affected by these events as we continue to maintain our faith and trust in the Lord.”

Jensen will appear in court on Tuesday and has been ordered to avoid all contact with the victim and other children. He was also banned from using social media.
