Teenage girl fighting for life after dog attack in Singleton

A young girl fights for life after being attacked by a dog in her friend’s house in the NSW Hunter Valley.
Emergency services were called to Broghton St at around 11.30 on Thursday and found critical injuries on the head of a 16 -year -old girl, neck and body.
John Hunter Hospital was treated at the scene before flying.
Police, when the incident occurred, a girl’s house says she was at home.
The 10 -year -old dog, defined as a large dog mixed, lived at home and was left with the consent of the owner.
Passing on the road before saying Triple-0 helped to remove the dog from the girl.
The police were supported by Singleton Council Rangers at the scene.
The questions continue and everyone who has knowledge is asked to contact with criminal plums.
