Teenager’s terrifying near-miss with oncoming train captured on video | News

This is the moment a teenager was almost hit by a train on a level crossing north of Diss station in Norfolk.
CCTV footage shows a teenager ignoring warning signs and approaching the tracks before a train speeds past. The teenager moves out of the way just in time.
Trains on this part of the line can travel at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour.
Network Rail Anglia’s health and safety manager, Shenel Bullock, said: “The young man in the CCTV video was thankfully unharmed.”
“We wanted to share the footage to highlight just one example of the incredibly dangerous behavior we see all too often at level crossings,” he added.
