Telangana Drafting New Banned Land List: CS to HC

Haydarabad: On Wednesday, the Chief Secretary (CS) K. Ramakrishna Rao made a declaration stating that he had prepared a list of prohibited properties in accordance with the 22-A section of the Government’s Registration Law before the Telangana Supreme Court. The list will cover the state land and the unautored assets of the foundation department and the Foundation Board.

On September 3, the declaration was placed in front of Jukanti, who attracted the chief secretary for not offering a new prohibited list preparation and registration department.

Explaining his absence on September 3, CS showed the work of avoiding heavy rain and floods. The court accepted the statement, exempted him from his personal appearance and was recorded.

According to the declaration, a committee has been established to address the complaints from the individuals affected by the notifications under the section 22-a (1) (e). Panel records will examine and make reasonable decisions that confirm, delete or change the inputs in the prohibited list.

Regional officials are directed to give updated details between the articles (a) of the section 22-a (e). The Land Administration Chief Commissioner (CCLA) will coordinate the data from the regional collectors, the Foundation Department and the Foundation Board in the formats foreseen. Once the reviewed lists have been concluded, the registration authorities will be informed throughout the state.

At the previous hearing, the Court expressed discontent regarding the declaration of re -re -opening and warned that the CS should emerge personally as incompatibility. It will continue based on the response from the regional and registration authorities related to Files on Wednesday.

NMC told him to hear the medical college

Haydarabad: The Supreme Court of TaLangana allowed Warangal to appeal in front of the National Medicine Commission (NMC) against Warangal’s Father Colombo Institute of Medical Sciences for 2025-26. A section of the counter was the order of the institute while listening to the appeal of a single judge who approved the action of NMC.

NMC referred to the deficiencies of infrastructure and a CBI Fir, which was waiting for 30 June. Fir claims that Fr Joseph Kommareddy, the Board of Trustees of the Institute, gave “ 20 Lakh and 46 Lakh bribes.

The Institute said that NMC had removed the order of NMC without notifying or without hearing, and that the administration learned the FIR when the Medical Evaluation and Rating Board (Marb) made a public statement on July 14. On 18 July, the Graduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB) prevented MBBS students from adopting the College for 2025-26.

The court decided that only a Fir’s filing could not be a basis for rejecting permission on its own. He directed the institute to submit the appeal application within three days and instructed NMC to convey the appropriate orders within ten days after receiving the Supreme Court Directives and conditional approvals given to the other two TaLangana College.

HC directs gold companies to assist the SBI investigation

Haydarabad: The Supreme Court of TaLangana led the Muthoot Fincorp LTD and Manappuram Finance LTD to cooperate with a very crore -explored police at the Chennur branch of the Indian State Bank’s Manchherryal Region. Justice NV Shravan Kumar eliminated his petitions opened by two companies and allowed them to continue regular operations if they did not prevent the investigation.

The case is related to a SBI staff who are alleged to abuse 1.1 Crore cash money from vaults and claim to play 12.61 crore worth gold, which they promised with various financial companies. The police saved gold from 175 of the 195 fraudulent credit account defined.

While the companies challenged police notifications and claimed harassment, the court fully adapted to the requirements of the investigation. In the case of Manappuram, the court ordered the re -opening of the Cenur branch in the presence of police and company officials at 15:00 on September 10th.
