Telangana Teachers Set for Global Learning Tour from April 20 to 24
Hyderabad: The Department of School Education in Telangana is organizing an education exchange program for teachers and officials to visit Finland, Singapore, Vietnam and Japan to learn global best practices.
A delegation of 40 people, consisting of 28 teachers and officials, was determined for the program planned to be held between 20-24 April. DEOA virtual orientation regarding visa processing and other instructions will be held on April 25 at 3:00 pm for all designated participants.
All District Education Officers and Regional Joint Directors are instructed to ensure the availability of selected Principals, School Assistants and Secondary Class Teachers.
Additionally, the Director of School Education sent a letter to all District Collectors requesting them to submit proposals for the identification of three teachers from each district in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
Accordingly, a list of 28 people consisting of Principals, School Assistants and Secondary Class Teachers (SGTs) was prepared by taking offers.
The state government has given permission to the Director of School Education to take the necessary measures to facilitate the introductory visit of 40 delegates to Finland.
