Son of Norway’s crown princess charged with rape and abuse

A prosecutor says that Norway’s eldest son of the Crown Princess is accused of 32 crimes, including four rape counts.
The charges against 28 -year -old Marius Borg Høiby include violations of abuse of an old partner and restricting orders against another former partner.
Crown Princess Mette-Marit was born out of a relationship before marrying Norway’s future king Crown Prince Haakon.
Attorney Petar Sekulic Reuters told the news agency that Mr. Høiby rejected the most serious charges against him, but he plans to be guilty of fewer charges when the hearing started.
If he was found guilty of the most serious charges, he can be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.
Prosecutor Sturla Henriksbø told journalists, also accused of filming the genitals of several women without knowledge or consent.
“He does not agree with allegations of rape and domestic violence,” he said, according to Reuters.
