Met Office published an emergency yellow weather Warning for rain. The warning entered into force at 7.56 and is valid until 16:00 on Thursday. It covers several parts of Wales.

“While many areas can meet some rainfall after quite long -term dry weather, there is a potential that some parts of Northwest Britain and Western Scotland can see some effects in the next few days.”
