Texas arson suspect accused of delivering threats to Charlie Kirk vigil: report

In a report, a woman alleged to have fire outside a church in El Paso, Texas, is accused of being given to the facility in front of a Charlie Kirk Vigil.

According to El Paso Police Department, 35 -year -old Marynka Marquez from Denton was accused of arson after the incident at the Beth El Bible Church last Wednesday.

“When the police arrived, the investigation revealed that a woman went to the church, put a big bag against the outer wall of the church, set fire and then escaped from the scene.” He said. “Fortunately, when the priest noticed the fire and quickly extinguished the fire, he left the church.”

Marquez was arrested on September 18 and was reserved for El Paso District Detention Facility with a bond of $ 50,000.

On the day of the incident, Marquez said to the volunteers in the church that KFOX14 wanted to leave a package for Kirk Vigil, referring to the declaration. One of the volunteers walked him to the front stage where a bag was staying.

The declaration also said that intimidating a volunteer who discovered the content of the bag to the police and the seizure for the late conservative activist was a direct threat to the church.

After the arrest of Marquez, the Church said, “Beth al -Bible Church broke the courage to encounter these conditions.” He said. “We believe to allow local authorities to do what they do. We choose to forgive as a church. We thank our Lord and the savior Jesus Christ for protecting our facilities and lives.”
