Texas man accused of throwing human bones over FBI Dallas fence on video

A Texas man accused of mistreating a corpse on Monday posted a video on YouTube in which he threw a bucket of stolen human bones over the fence at the FBI Dallas office to “forcibly summon” them, court documents revealed.
Michael Chadwick Fry was charged with two counts of abuse of a corpse without lawful authority and tampering with physical evidence with intent to harm a human corpse, according to Denton County jail records.
He was booked into jail Wednesday and later granted a $30,000 surety bond.

His mother said Fry became “angry” and left her home after making the request, according to court documents. He added that his car GPS searched three cemeteries, one in Texas and two in Oklahoma, and that he found a new shovel in his home.
Fry’s sister also contacted police and told them about a YouTube video her sister allegedly made that showed Fry throwing a bucket of “Elizabeth’s remains” over an FBI Dallas fence, according to the report.
The video was titled: “We’re sending Elizabeth to summon Elizabeth over the FBI fence.”
FBI Dallas confirmed to police that the bucket contained human bones.

Another YouTube video reviewed by police, “Fry and Barto news! Where we uncover mass murderers,” showed Fry with a human skull in his home.
Documents indicated that Fry referred to the skull as “Elizabeth Virginia Lyon,” leading authorities to believe the skull was related to remains thrown over the FBI Dallas fence, according to the report.
Bartonville police said Fry had previously stolen an urn from Oklahoma City and a casket from a mausoleum in Denton, Texas.

Denton County jail records obtained by Fox News Digital showed Fry had at least 31 prior arrests dating back to 2003; these included six assaults, arson, making terroristic threats and multiple drug and public intoxication charges.
FOX 4 reported that Fry is also accused of crashing a truck into the station’s downtown Dallas office to draw media attention to a 2018 police shooting in Denton County that killed his friend.

“He got out of the truck, yelled and threw the papers on the pavement,” the outlet said. “Fry also left behind a suspicious, bright orange duffel bag, which led police to surround the perimeter and call in the bomb squad.”
He later apologized to FOX 4 during the court hearing, according to the report.
