Texas man faces execution Thursday for 13-month-old’s exorcism murder

A Texas man faced execution on Thursday for killing his girlfriend’s 13 -month -old daughter during what prosecutors call it a ruthless, 30 -hour “Devil extraction”.
According to Associated Press, 35 -year -old Blaine Milam was sentenced to the murder of Amora Carson in December 2008 when he tried to remove a demon from the child’s body in the trailer of the rusk County in the east of Dallas.
Prosecutors, Milam was beaten and drowning, biting and crippled to the child who started to walk.

“Amora was subjected to irreplaceable violence for 30 hours.”
Since his conviction, Milam has made allegations of innocence for years and rejected the objections.
He said that his girlfriend Jesseca Carson was responsible for that time and that the child insisted that he had a demon and that he had only followed his leadership.
Carson was convicted of capital murder and was imprisoned without conditional evacuation.

Milam’s lawyers argued that he should be saved by claiming questions about the unreliable bite sign evidence and mental disability.
The execution was previously set for 2019 and 2021, but the courts were postponed while reviewing the allegations.
The Texas Criminal Court concluded that the penalty should continue and the Texas Pardons and Parrol Council rejected its claim for intelligence.

Associated Press reported that the hearing was moved to Montgomery County, 140 miles away because of the intense publicity surrounding the case.
Texas is currently the leading death penalty of the country.
