Horror as man crushed to death after climbing into recycling bin | UK | News

When he heard an investigation, a man died of violent injuries after climbing into the recycling box and crushing in a garbage truck. A 36 -year -old Vitalij Maceljuch, a Czech citizen born in Ukraine, was thought to have climbed into a waste box outside a Wren store in Chester in May 2024. The Ruthin Coronor’s court heard that the 36 -year -old child was caught by looking at the building for the cardboard before leaving the cardboard before being cut with a Bifa Lorry.
Mr. Maceljuch seemed to fall asleep in the garbage box, CCTV, which was recovered from the truck, showed that a body fell into waste accumulation. The 36 -year -old was found dead with severe neck and head injuries in the Alltami warehouse, which was probably due to the crushing of an assistant because he decided.
Truck driver Richard Connolly said he looked at the trash box and called if no one was inside if he was inside and shook the forks of his truck before he was overthrown.
He claimed that Mr. Mageljuch did not see that he had fallen into the vehicle, and he also left a waste in a large pile before bucding by a claw machine on a conveyor band.
The employees in the warehouse initially thought that the body they saw in the belt was a model, but after realizing that it was human remains, they called the North Wales Police.
In the post -Mortem examination, he confirmed that Mr. Maceljuch had a cannabis and amphetamine in his blood when he died, and that the investigation may have contributed to the “lack of awareness around”.
Apart from the Wren branch, there were signs of warning against entering the garbage boxes on the danger of death.
David Lewis, the North Wales East and Deputy Headquarters, concluded that death was caused by the wrong adventure.
“Misadventure is described as when the intentional actions have unwanted consequences such as placing themselves in the trash box, such as the actions of the truck driver who takes the garbage box without appreciation to end the life of Mr. Maceljuch.” He said.
In addition, it was concluded that no one in the field or in the truck driver violated the health and security legislation in relation to the incident.
