Texas teen Kara Walker claims innocence after arrest in eight-year-old brother’s alleged torture death

A Texasian teenager accused of the death of his little brother, pushing back, claiming that he was wrongly accused.

Harris County Sheriff Office announced that 17 -year -old Kara Walker was arrested on 27 August and that his boyfriend Noah Stallings was accused of injury to a child he met five months ago.

Both are accused of torture Walker’s brother Charles, who died in February.

Talking from prison in an interview with Houston KPRC 2Mrs. Walker rejected any participation.

Orum I’m wrongly accused.

Walker told Outlet that he found a note on the researchers’ phone.

“They found a note on my phone and they say I wrote it because it was on my phone,” he said.

“And even though I didn’t stand in the corner, they said that I said that I was standing in the corner.”

Court records show that Kara remains behind breezing with a bond of $ 100,000. He was not accused of murder, but prosecutors claim that he was injured to a child.

Meanwhile, Mr. Stallings was released in March with a $ 1 million bond in March after being accused of the same crime.

When Charles Walker, Mrs. Walker and Mr. Stallings did not respond, he died on February 15 five days after running to Baytown Methodist Hospital.

Mr. Stallings told the police that the child was injured in an autumn, but the doctors said that the injuries to the researchers appeared to be consistent with abuse. A autopsy later found that Charles died of blunt trauma.

The child’s mother, Cecil Walker, told KPRC 2 in a statement, “They compared only one traffic accident. Car accident (112-128km) at 70 to 80 miles with an unlimited victim,” he said.

Charles’ father, Christian West, spoke to the station and described the ordeal as a nightmare we cannot wake up. Considering the small framework, he added that he did not believe that Kara could cause injuries.

According to the court applications, which were reviewed by more than one news organization, Charles was “abused and tortured” before his death, and ultimately continued to injure numerous injuries, including head trauma that killed him.
