Bree Walker: The 33-year-old is coming off an astonishing World Cup season in which she won three gold, one silver and one bronze medal in the women’s monobob. Walker finished fifth at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing but has since changed head coach and trainer, which has helped turn her into a gold medal contender. She will also compete in two women’s bobsled races with Kiara Reddingius.
What he said: “I can say with confidence that I’m in the best shape of my life and in the best mindset and I’m really excited to go out there and see what he produces.”

Scotty James: The five-time Olympian is looking to complete his Olympic medal haul in Livigno after winning bronze in PyeongChang in 2018 and silver in Beijing in 2022. James heads into the Olympics in the best form of his career after winning gold at the X-Games in Aspen with a 1440 clearance, his fifth straight victory, making him the first man in X-Games history to pull off the trick.
What he said: “From a reward perspective and having no stone unturned, gold is definitely [what I want]”If I were to be completely transparent, this was an obvious choice.”

Cakara Anthony: Reigning Olympic champion Jakara Anthony heads to Milan Cortina as world No.1 and is one of the back-to-back favorites for the women’s emperors. An Australian has never defended Olympic gold at the Winter Games, meaning Anthony is looking to make history with his victory in Livigno.

What he said: “Honestly, of course I’d like to be in that position and take home another gold medal. But we’ve got a group of 30 girls out there and most of them are trying to achieve the same thing. So it’s not going to be an easy feat. We’ve done everything we can to get me in a position where I can give up the run that I can and hopefully the result will come from that.”
