An elderly couple threw $ 55,000 in their pockets after crowned the last time -proof winners.
Alzheimer’s disease, 83 -year -old Charles “Russel” Coghlan, took a phone call that changed life in the beginning of this week during a bus trip with his caregivers and other retirees.
Mr. Coghlan’s wife Wilma Coghlan said he couldn’t believe the news.

“We used to live in Esperance for years and we always like to go back there and make a nice holiday, so we will stay in a beautiful place instead of going to a caravan.
“We want to go to Adelaide, I think South Australia is a beautiful place.”
Mr. Coghlan said that he has been playing a time -time pool for nearly ten years and that he was a loyal subscriber to Western Australia in his 20s.
“It is strange to win such a contest,” he said.
