Dartford Crossing: Queen Elizabeth II bridge closed after lorry involved in collision

The Dartford crossing bridge was closed to the south after an accident containing a HGV on Thursday.

“Therefore, the tunnel traffic to the north is limited to using the West hole Dartford tunnel with only 4’8m (15’9”) height restriction. The vehicles on this height will have to look for an alternative route through the M25 clockwise.
“If this is affected by your planned route, please let the extra journey time. Stand up, you may want to re -guide or even delay your journey.”
