Sydneysiders mingle at Royal Randwick for the $10m Golden Eagle race

Sydneysiders trekked to Royal Randwick for the city’s second richest racing event.
Rainy conditions did not stop thousands of punters from taking part in the $10 million Golden Eagle to celebrate Sydney’s premier Spring racing event on Saturday.
Entering its seventh year, the Golden Eagles made their debut at Royal Randwick, with racers seen cheering on four-year-old thoroughbreds in the 1500m race.




Mingle Zone has provided a lively environment for singles to meet and connect in Royal Randwick, with live DJs, hosts and cocktails.
Racing fans wore bright colors to celebrate the event.
