The silver linings for battered Essendon Bombers
When his first goal landed with a pleasant shot, his family and his friends at the stands were very pleased.

“[It’s] Frankly [my] Do not fulfill… To be able to say that I can play Afl football. But yes to see their faces and everything was just the best moment. “
Essendon coach Brad Scott was not surprised by McMahon’s effect in front of the goal.
“Yes, they really have good qualities, Liam. Kick is definitely one of them. He is a beautiful kick, kicking, kicking, kicking.”

“But the men entering [have earned their opportunity]. Liam McMahon won the opportunity. He’s not talented to him. “
When asked whether there was “silver primer” to expose the new players, including Draftees in the middle of the season, Scott said “undoubtedly”.
“We are always trying to find ways to step forward and continue to be better as a team,” he said.
“A lot of supporters [would] Watch playing tonight and watch some players. I don’t think anyone can blame anyone’s efforts and intentions and their ability to compete. They could definitely question our execution and we will continue to work with them.
“Blakiston, something else I put in the category you know, we want him to prepare him as a ridge, go in and play as a rough spare, and he plays as an important defender and I think he does a good job in conditions.
