Ruben Amorim: Man Utd boss feared going to games last season during form struggles

In a 25 -minute, 25 -minute interview in the field of education in Chicago Fire, amorim took part in a series of issues that contain the following:
-
How does it change the culture in United
-
Relationship with minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe
-
His belief will win the biggest cups again at the end of the club
-
Dream of staying at work for 20 years
In the dark days of last season, my amorim was repeatedly criticized for refusing to change his tactical approach.
“Sometimes, while losing, you can think of the standards for them a little. [the players] To be with me, “he said.
“I didn’t – and they saw it. Now when I say something, they understand, I’ll do it.
“I don’t treat players as a baby. But now they have rules and this can change your training way.
“I’m always at the top. If you don’t train correctly, I have shots to show you. And I show you in front of everyone.”
He appointed a leadership group of six players – Bruno Fernandes, Harry Maguire, Tom Heaton, Dioogo Dalot, Lisandro Martinez and Nussair Mazraoui – to protect the standards in the dressing room and to deal with “small things”.
It was not easy to reach this point.
Amorim wondered if there were times when he hesitated last season and whether he did the right thing from his departure of the Portuguese club – he built his reputation and filed as a hero in the middle of the season.
He didn’t go to search for security. He says enough work for my amorim.
“Try to remember a team, a large team and the executive who lost too many games,” he said.
“You won’t find. This shows more than the words they support me.”
