These are all the countries currently on the Foreign Office ‘do not travel’ list

When planning a holiday, it will be wise to check these three things before going to the airport: your passport is still valid in history, travel insurance is still valid and you are traveling to a safe place according to foreign, community of nations and development office (FCDO).
Political conflicts, natural disasters and security concerns are among the reasons that the United Kingdom Foreign Ministry would recommend British citizens to stay away from certain destinations.
FCDO has issued various travel warnings to all countries or countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America, including “all travels” and “all travels except for basic travels”.
74 of the regions with 226 countries or foreign travel recommendations are currently marked with a still region due to security problems, health risks and legal differences with the UK.

If you choose to travel against FCDO advice, travel insurance is invalid and may be a lack of consular support in case of an emergency abroad.
Here is the full list of countries in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs The list of ‘don’t travel’ to check before a trip planning.
