The Pakistan team refuses to leave the hotel through the pycroft problem
On Wednesday, Pakistan’s cricket team refused to leave the hotel for a compulsory -winning Asia Cup group match against the UAE in Dubai after the country’s rejection of Pycroft’s second time by the PYCROFT’s match referee ICC.
Pakistan Pycroft was held responsible for the embarrassment that Indian players refused to shake hands after the matches on Sunday. A PCB source added that players are told to stay in their rooms and wait for more instructions ”. However, the UAE team came to the stadium and the match did not take place, the super -four stages would move forward. The Pakistan Cricket Team appeared after a one -hour delay in the match venue.
PCB claims Pycroft’s abuse
According to the PCB, 69 -year -old Pycroft, a former zimbabve cricket player, said that the national captain Salman Ali Agha would avoid shaking hands with Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav and did not allow traditional team layers to shop.
“This abuse violates Article 2 of the Rules of ICC for the match officials, which makes the judge a crime against the spirit of the game and violating the laws of MCC,” PCB said.
“Gravity, political nature/background and comprehensive results and reflections, considering the abuse has created resistance to game,” he added.
ICC rejected these charges and maintained the same position even if a second letter was sent by the PCB. The sources at the ICC and Asian Cricket Council (ACC) said that Pycroft has no role in the fiasco, and that Pakistan actually saved the fact that Pakistan is planning to do what the Indians are planning to do.
