Hrithik Roshan, known as the Greek god of Bollywood, is celebrated with strong performances, unique dance movements and carefully selected projects. Ashutosh Gowariker first approached Hrithik for Swades. He went to Shah Rukh Khan, who gave one of his most admired performances. The film is now considered a classic.

Hrithik was later offered the role of a darkness played by Siddhaarth. He couldn’t get it because of programming problems. The film continued to be a cult Hit that inspired the whole generation.

Lagaan (2001)

Ashutosh Gowariker also thought about Hrithik for Lagaan. After rejecting it, Aamir Khan entered and turned the film into a global sensation, even won an Oscar nomination.

3 Stupid (2009)

Hrithik was offered the role of Rancho, but refused. Aamir Khan accepted this and 3 stupid Indian cinema became one of the biggest box office records in history. Hrithik later praised Aamir for making him iconic.
