Early life marked with struggle and survival

Despite his challenging conditions, Shagufa developed a passion for storytelling. But it was easy to break in Bollywood. Without an official training or experience, he moved away from various construction houses and TV shows.
“I would even go to construction houses, TV shows, and I would ask for a job as a writer, but nobody was interested because I had no experience,” he said.
