Thorpe St Andrew School stabbing LIVE: Girl injured as suspect arrested | UK | News

A spokesperson for Nofolk police said:
“A juvenile has been arrested following an incident in Thorpe St Andrew.
“Police were called to a school in Laundry Lane, Thorpe St Andrew, at 10.24am this morning following reports that a young girl had been stabbed.
“Emergency service teams, including the fire brigade and ambulance, arrived at the scene. The injured person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
“A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Center for questioning.
“This incident is not believed to be linked to a hate crime reported at the same school last week.”
