Threatening message directed at Michael Voss completely unacceptable, say Carlton Blues
AFL Integrity Department is investigating a threatening text message that remains at the service of the anti-social aid line for Carlton coach Michael Voss during the MCG’s loss of Blues to Collingwood.
According to AFL and MCG, the message was received by the MCG security team working with the police during the matches.

The message was not considered a reliable threat, but it was enough to inform the AFL unit of MCG, and then made Carlton aware of the problem.
A Blues spokesman said Voss is not exposed to any threat, but the message was completely unacceptable and overcoming the sign. This masthead doesn’t know the exact nature of the message.
