Three senior leaders at Countess of Chester Hospital arrested on suspicion of manslaughter

Since this investigation continued earlier this year, an independent panel consisting of more than a dozen medical experts published a report that could not find a symptom of a crime and leads to the death of each of the newborns of natural reasons or bad medical care.

A retired neonatologist from Canada. Shoo Lee, at a London press conference in February, said, “Then the ladies and gentlemen, we could not find any murder.”

Letby’s lawyers and three former executives in the hospital have filed a failed petition to Thirlwall to stop the public investigation after publishing the medical panel findings. If the convictions were broken, they claimed that the investigation could reach the wrong results and would spend more than 10 million pounds ($ 20.9 million) in the taxpayer funds.

Letby lost two bids to object to his convictions, now there is a case before the Criminal Case Investigation Commission, which reviews the possible abortions of justice and can be fired to each other in appeal.

The Royal Prosecutor’s Office said that he rejected the allegations that two jury convicted of Letby and the three appeal referee referees were defective.

While the medical panel said there was no evidence that he did not deliberately damage any baby, they found that the medical workers in the hospital were not talented in resuscitation and placement of respiratory tubes, and that some basic procedures were not misled, and that there were no incorrectly diagnosed disorders and acted slowly in the treatment of acute patients.
