John Schell
Selections based on a soft part.
race 1
5. Foxy Artist He made just two starts on his debut, his third at this track and his fourth at Goulburn. He went through two trials which led to his return to racing, in the last of which he finished third at Beaudesert. 6. Ivan the Invincible He made his debut after a series of trials, the last of which he won at Beaudesert. Ready to run well. 12. Taga Smile came first from a spell and came second
in two of his four starts. 11. Comedy It was continued for a new stable with fifth place at this track and with the benefit of improvement it could be in that vicinity.
How to play: Foxy Artist will win.
race 2
2. Referees He was a solid winner at this track three starts ago and has followed closely in two more runs at this track since then, finishing second and third. He stormed home in the last start here and can make up for it with better luck. 3. Extreme Two starts ago he had a good win at Port Macquarie and then a creditable second at Taree. He should get beaten a lot. 4. Mini Angel He was not far off in seventh place at this track when last seen and has bright prospects. 1. Master Artist It wasn’t far off in progress and requires some thought.
How to play: Referees must win.
race 3
3.Jennibelle He made only three starts but finished third in two of them. He ran well in the final three at this track and is expected to have a good run in this event. 6. Elegant Warrior
After coming out of the spell, he finished third in three of four starts and emerged as a threat. 7. Hezanuff A player who starts from the bottom on this track and is in fourth place and can make money without making money.
amazing. 2. De La Salle He had two unsuccessful starts but can improve.
How to play: Jennibelle will win.
race 4
5. Bobbiwaa Win is knocking on the door after finishing a second at Taree in his second race start and fourth at Port Macquarie in his final race. This is where he gets his chance. 6. Burning Ambition He is second from last at Moree and could feature prominently in a repeat of this. 3. Stainless Steel He was just behind the grid at this track last time and could have been in the middle of things. 1. Kiss and Dance He ran well when he was second here two starts ago and took fourth place in the last start at this track.
How to play: Bobbiwaa will win.
race 5
11. Bright Sun A third and fourth at Ipswich were followed by ninth on the last start against tougher opposition at Eagle Farm. He is better suited here and at his best, he is considered the hardest player to beat. 5. Aldeenaary He is a third-string player who started last on the Gold Coast and can get into the toughest part of the job here without any hesitation. 1st Fulmen Squadron It looked good to get two wins in a row here and at Tamworth before failing in the tougher class at Eagle Farm. 4. Mr. Fur He has made two starts since winning at Taree and deserves respect.
How to play: The Bright Sun will win.
race 6
5. Pony Soprano He first scored a dominant win in a spell at Port Macquarie and followed that up with an eighth place finish in the tougher class and ninth place in the Country Championship Wild Card at Scone. It seems more appropriate here. 2. Starzam This piece was disappointing the last time it was produced, but it can improve in that regard. 10. Press together I impressed when taking the final start win at this track and could be there again and again. 11. Full Regalia He was the winner on this track before being wowed at Taree and continuing with a close-up. He might be in the mix too.
How to play: Pony Soprano to victory.
race 7
2. Gay Master He won at this circuit last August and then took part in a Speedway race at Randwick where he finished eighth. He returned twice from a spell and last finished fifth at Ipswich. 3. Superstitions He came to this point after his last start win on this track and seems to have solid claims again. 8. Dubalen He got to the line well in the final seconds of the restart at Port Macquarie and followed this up with victory at the same track. 6. Coco Dream He narrowly came down from second here last time and could be around that again.
How to play: Gaylord either way.
race 8
5. Blinking He performed well in the straight when he finished second at Port Macquarie last time out. His previous form was solid for a race like this and he has a chance to move up again. 9.Bearete a fast galloper who won here two starts ago and ran third at this track when last bred. Should give cheek again. 8. Autumn Heir Won at Taree in November
and then continued from his spell at the same track last time out as he finished fourth. 1. Solar Energy He won two starts first at Port Macquarie and then failed.
Coffs Harbor on its last trip.
How to play: Flashing in all directions.
