Jean, who spoke with tears, said that he was standing under a tree with his child’s bottle and that there was a car spread in the front garden of a neighboring house.
Jean had to inform the emergency departments that the two -year -old child was involved in the accident and needed medical assistance.
“He just kept saying ‘car, car, car,’ and then wrapped his arms around my neck and didn’t let me go,” he said.
“I held him as much as I could, and I just embraced him. I just prevented him from watching what happened.”

Jean said one day he hoped to give a chance to reunite with the child.
In the early hours of Friday, Heather Webber told about the destructive scene that emerged directly outside his home in the afternoon of Thursday.
Her husband Gary immediately called an ambulance, Heather lying on her back, bleeding and running to help the 60 -year -old man who struggled to breathe.

At the scene on Friday morning, local Father Simon Wong visited the accident with Erica and Torres to put a bouquet of flowers on the path of the family.
“We feel shock and very sad because this accident is realized,” he said.
Wong said that the flower tribute is a way for the community to show solidarity and compassion against the tragedy.

The images also show things that look like a family walking with a child car in the opposite direction just before the accident time.
