Aaron Spencer first made headlines in 2024 for allegedly shooting and killing 67-year-old Michael Fosler as Fosler was driving away with his 14-year-old daughter, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital. According to court documents, Fosler had previously been charged with “numerous sexual offenses” against Spencer’s daughter and was out on bail at the time of the shooting.
Prosecutors allege Spencer woke up in October 2024 to find her daughter missing from the family’s home, prompting her to leave to look for it. According to court documents, Spencer found his daughter in Fosler’s truck and forced the vehicle off the highway.
