It was last detected in DC in June 2025. The US Air Force’s E-4B Night Watch is not just an aircraft, but a military operations command center that can withstand even nuclear explosions.

The Doom Drone, in particular, is used by the Air Force in situations involving domestic emergencies and international emergencies involving the United States. The Boeing E-4B aircraft is a specially modified version of the Boeing 747-200. It is designed to operate uninterruptedly over long distances at high altitudes, and can stay in the air for longer periods of time thanks to air refueling.

The Boeing E-4B Nightwatch operates for one main reason: to maintain the operation of the government and military during catastrophic events that disrupt command centers on the ground. E-4B serves as the National Air Operations Command Center. It acts as a flying command center, allowing senior leaders such as the President of the United States, the Secretary of Defense, and senior military officials to direct military operations even if their facilities on the ground are damaged.

E-4B provides an essential platform for communication, control and decision-making in any emergency situation, including nuclear threats/attacks. At least one E-4B remains ready at all times to maintain constant readiness, supported by global monitoring teams stationed at select military bases.

Designed to operate in locations where normal systems might fail, the E-4B is believed to be protected against electromagnetic pulse (EMP) effects and designed to withstand nearby nuclear explosions. It is equipped with numerous satellite connections and special antennas. The aircraft maintains safe contact with military units, nuclear submarines and strategic forces worldwide.
