GST cut impact? Tata Motors sells 10k cars, Maruti, Hyundai sales soar on first day of Navratri amid reduced prices

After the decrease in vehicle prices after GST reforms, Tata Motors reported the sale of about 10,000 passenger vehicles on the first day of Navratri. Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai were sold 30,000 and 11,000 units respectively.
According to the new GST structure, the cars below 4 meters were moved to 18%and the interruption of the cars was eliminated. Gasoline, gasoline hybrid, LPG and CNG variants below 1200 cc and 4000 mm are now taxed at 18% instead of 28%. Motorized diesel and diesel hybrid cars up to 1,500 cc and length up to 4,000 mm will benefit from the same reduction.

Tata Motors announced on Tuesday that Navratri has sold about 10,000 passengers on the first day of Navratri because of the reducing vehicle prices due to a revised GST regime.
The car manufacturer received more than 25,000 customer questions in passenger car dealers in India.

Maruti Suzuki Sales
Maruti Suzuki India, India’s largest car manufacturer, received 80,000 investigations and delivered 30,000 vehicles and provided the best one -day performance in 35 years. In addition, small automobile reservations increased by 50 percent compared to typical festival season levels.

Hyundai Sales
Hyundai, the leading car manufacturer, recorded 11,000 dealers invoices in a single day and marked the best performance in five years.
Hyundai Motor India Coo Tarun Garg said that the beginning of Navratri, which was supported by increasing GST 2.0 reforms, has brought significant support in vehicle sales throughout the country.
