Elon Musk’s xAI Accuses Rival OpenAI of Stealing Trade Secrets

Elon Musk’s beginning of artificial intelligence, Xai filed a lawsuit against the rival Openai at the California Federal Court, allegedly stolen its commercial secrets in order to get an unfair advantage in AI technology.

The case, which was opened on Wednesday, said Openai was a “deeply disturbing model” to hire old Xai employees to reach AI Chatbot Grook’s commercial secrets.

“Openai targets individuals who have knowledge about Xai’s basic technologies and business plans – including the operational advantages of XAI’s resource code and operational advantages in the initiation of data centers – then encourages these employees to violate their privacy and other obligations with mysterious ways.”

An Openai spokesman rejected the allegations on Thursday and called the case against the company “last part of Mr. Musk’s ongoing harassment”.

In a separate case, Xai said that he discovered the company’s campaign to weaken the company after bringing commercial secret theft claims against former engineer Xuechen Li, which he accused of receiving secret information to the Chatgpt manufacturer.

Li has not yet responded to the allegations.

Xai filed a lawsuit against Apple in the Federal Court, allegedly conspiring with Openai to suppress rival platforms. Apple has not yet responded to the case.

Musk also filed a lawsuit against Openai to turn it into a non -profit company, and Openai resisted Musk for harassment.

Xai’s new case is part of a wider legal war between the Musk and Openai, and underlines a high -betting race in the Silicon Valley to hire AI talents and gain market share in the developing industry.

According to the complaint, Openai rented a former company engineer Jimmy Fraiture and anonymous senior finance manager in addition to LI to get Xai Trade Secrets. Fraiture, who was not a defendant in the complaint, could not be reached immediately for comments.
