Sydney real estate agent allegedly sent abusive, graphic messages to female Ray White colleagues

A Sydney real estate agent allegedly sent confronting and disturbing messages to women at his former workplace, encouraged one to commit suicide and gave her details to funeral homes to arrange funerals.
Adrian Bruno, 38, is charged with 20 offences, including 17 of sending threatening, harassing or offensive messages, one of sending messages encouraging suicide, one of using false information for profit and one of damaging property.
A barrage of allegedly threatening text messages were sent from properties in Double Bay and Oatlands between the middle of last year and January this year. A message that allegedly encouraged his former colleague to commit suicide lists the type of method he was supposed to use, court records show.
Police allege the man then gave his contact information to funeral companies, who contacted him to arrange end-of-life celebration services.
Court records show Bruno was also accused of sending false information to management about his Ray White colleague to damage his reputation or employability, and of damaging another colleague’s station wagon.
Two of his former colleagues were ordered detained for temporary violence for their protection.
Bruno, who lives in the inner west, requested an adjournment at Burwood Local Court on Tuesday to seek legal advice.
He will appear in court again on April 14.
