Truck and train collide in Brisbane outer-suburbs, chaos on Gold Coast line

In the south of Brisbane, a truck and a packaged suburban train collided and made major delays on the South East Queensland lines.

Emergency services collided with the trailer of a truck and the train.

A Queensland ambulance spokesman confirmed that there were about 300 passengers on the train.

With divided lip and back pain, only one person complained of injury.

The drivers of both the truck and the train were not damaged.

Queensland Fire Brigade teams joined the scene, but he left shortly before 9 am.

The incident caused chaos in the state train network as the services and reserve buses between Kuraby and Altandi were arranged.
