Trump, 79, Goes on Midnight Truth Social Frenzy After Foreign Humiliation
Sleep-deprived Donald Trump used his return to the White House to launch a late-night posting blitz on Truth Social.
Trump returned from Switzerland on Thursday evening after visiting the World Economic Forum in Davos; here he backtracked on plans to seize control of Greenland and was rebuffed by his major allies while launching a multibillion-dollar peace scam.
Once home, the jet-lagged president shared over 70 posts in a 50-minute period from 12:40 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., and a string of MAGA-friendly posts clogged his feed. Many of the posts appeared on his feed twice in a row.

Trump, 79, started a sharing spree He claimed to have helped save TikTok by announcing that the Chinese social media company would now operate in the US under a majority-American joint venture.
Oracle, the company of Republican megadonor Larry Ellison, will own a 15 percent stake in TikTok. US Ellison, a close friend of Trump, will also direct Oracle to “retrain” TikTok’s trademark algorithm.
“It will now belong to a group of Great American Patriots and Investors, the largest in the world, and will be an important Voice,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “I hope I will be remembered by those who use and love TikTok for a long time in the future.”

Ironically, Trump tried to ban TikTok in 2020, citing national security concerns, but used the Chinese-owned app to attract young voters during the 2024 election campaign.
Trump’s posts covered everything from the trailer for his wife Melania’s Amazon documentary to Fox News and Joe Rogan’s re-released video. podcast.
There were also clips of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and PDF printouts of the NewsMax cover story on Trump from December.

The president also shared negative posts directed at his political foes, such as California Governor Gavin Newsom, Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
The news feed was also filled with double-takes about the 2020 election being stolen, clips of UFC boss Dana White and claims that he was doing well at handling the American economy despite polls suggesting otherwise.
He also shared content from a fan account dedicated to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. Unfortunately for Trump, one of the posts read, “The American is back!!!” it said. “America is back!!!” in its place

The Daily Beast contacted the White House for comment.
Trump’s post-midnight Truth Social attack followed an earlier social media frenzy in Europe. He spent more than an hour criticizing himself and making effusive posts after world leaders snubbed the “Peace Board” signing ceremony.
Trump published 51 posts between 10:38 a.m. and 1:01 p.m. EST; many of them were screenshots of people participating in videos he had posted seconds earlier.
It included more conspiracy theories about 2020 election fraud, as well as dubious claims that ICE was allowed to use force against Minnesota protesters.
