Trump Calls DC National Guard Shooting an Act of Terror

WEST PALM BEACH: US President Donald Trump condemned the shooting of two National Guard soldiers a few blocks from the White House on Wednesday as an “act of terrorism” and said the perpetrator was an immigrant from Afghanistan.

“This heinous attack was an act of evil, an act of hatred and an act of terrorism,” Trump said, while promising that his administration would “re-examine every single alien that enters our country from Afghanistan” during the presidency of his predecessor, Joe Biden.
