Disgraced Peter Mandelson breaks cover for first time since fresh Epstein revelations

Disgraced former Labor Party member Peter Mandelson has been seen in public for the first time since new allegations emerged of his links to Jeffrey Epstein.

The former British ambassador to the US was seen leaving his home in London and getting into a car on Saturday.

This is the first time Lord Mandelson has been seen in public since the latest installment of the Epstein files revealed the depth of his alleged connections with Epstein.

The allegations led the government to collapse and forced Lord Mandelson to resign from the House of Lords. This has also led to calls for Sir Keir Starmer to step down as prime minister.

It came just days after Lord Mandelson was asked to give evidence to the US Congress about his relationship with the pedophilia financier.

A letter to Lord Mandelson, signed by Representatives Robert Garcia and Suhas Subramanyam, said it was clear that he had “extensive social and business ties to Jeffrey Epstein” and that he had “critical information” regarding Congress’ investigations into Epstein’s operations.

Among the revelations that emerged in recent weeks were documents dated 2009 showing Lord Mandelson shared sensitive information with Epstein on at least four occasions during his time as business secretary.

Following criticism of Lord Mandelson’s appointment, the government has seen several advisers to the Prime Minister resign, including his private secretary Morgan McSweeney and communications director Tim Allan.
