Trump DOJ sues Minnesota, Minneapolis, St. Paul over sanctuary policies

The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit against Minnesota about the sacred policies of the Trump administration that the federal government intervened in illegal immigration efforts.

The complaint opened on Monday, the state of Minnesota, Hennepin district, Hennepin district Şerif Dawanna S. Witt, Minnesota Chief Public Prosecutor Keith Ellison and Minneapolis and St. Paul calls the cities of the defendants.

The complaint argues that only in accordance with federal laws, shelter policies, including illegal immigrants convicted of serious offenses, otherwise it leads to the release of dangerous criminals to be abolished.

“Minnesota officials are endangered the security of their citizens by allowing illegal aliens to overcome the legal process,” the Chief Public Prosecutor Pamela Bondi said. He said. “This Ministry of Justice will continue to file a lawsuit against any field of judiciary using sacred policies to challenge the federal law and to weaken law enforcement officers.”

Saint Paul described the case as an effective attack on the city’s “long-standing separation regulation-a fundamental policy that encouraged the security of the public, constitutes community confidence and reflects Saint Paul’s commitment to all inhabitants regardless of the immigration status.
