President Donald Trump announced in a Truth Social post on Tuesday that he would “completely and completely” rescind any documents signed by former President Joe Biden, including pardons and commutations.
“All Documents, Proclamations, Executive Orders, Memorandums or Agreements signed by the now infamous and unauthorized ‘AUTOPEN’ Order under the administration of Joseph R. Biden Jr. are hereby null and void and of no further effect or effect,” Trump wrote.
“To anyone who receives a ‘Pardon’, ‘Rejection’ or any other Legal Document signed in this manner, please note that such Document is completely and utterly terminated and has no Legal effect whatsoever. Thank you for your interest in this matter!”
TRUMP WILL INVALID ALL DOCUMENTS ALLEGEDLY SIGNED BY BIDEN THROUGH AUTOPEN, AND WILL THREATEN WITH PERjury CHARGE.

The post confirms that Trump is doubling down on his potential action after announcing last week that he would override executive orders signed using former President Biden’s automated signature.
Fox News Digital has confirmed that the list of pardons that could be invalidated because they were hand-signed does not include former President Biden’s son Hunter. The New York Times lists Dr. as pardons allegedly automatically closed. It reportedly featured Anthony Fauci and his brother Joe Biden.
