Trump expands L.A. military tactics by sending National Guard to Washington D.C.

During the expansion of the tactics that started during the migration raids in Los Angeles in June, President Trump, Washington, announced that he would activate 800 national guard troops on DC for “re -establish law and order to“ reclaim capital ”.

In the White House briefing room, Trump said, “Our capital is severe gangs and blood -thirsty criminals, wick gangs of wild youth, maniacs and homeless people were followed.”

“The day of liberation in DC,” he said.

California Gov. With a movement against Gavin Newsom and La Mayor Karen Bass, Trump sent approximately 5,000 maritime and national guard troops to LA in June and calls the DC Metropolitan Police Department directly under federal control.

Trump painted DC as a dirty hell hole, and his administration started to remove homeless people from the camps in the city. “To return the city to the glittering capital that everyone wants to be,” he promised.

“If our capital is dirty, all our country is dirty,” he said. “We will clean it.”

Although the president states the crime of violence in Washington – to indicate that the city is “not completely out of control – – Data shows that severe crime is reduced In recent years, significant extent.

Just a few weeks before Trump took office, the Ministry of Justice announced it. Violence in the city was at the lowest level of 30 years. According to the data collected by the Metropolitan Police Department, the murders fell by 32%, the robbery fell by 39% and armed carjacks fell by 53% compared to the 2023 levels.

He also warned Los Angeles.

“I hope he is watching L, Tr Trump said, while destroying thousands of houses by handling the fire storm that swept Bass and News from the region in January.

“The mayor’s inadequate, and so is the Gov. Newscum, Tr Trump said, renewing his criticism for rebuilding local authorities and accelerating the permission process after disaster. “There is a good nonsense line, but that’s all.”

Trump’s announcement that he had deployed troops to DC argued that two months after he sent thousands of troops to Los Angeles, two months after California caused a great legal war with California, he described it as “violent, uprising gangs” for protests against the federal migratory raids.

However, the protests calmed down relatively quickly, and local authorities said they were primarily controlled by the local police. National Guard Units and Marine Pieces were rarely deployed in some protected federal buildings in LA, but most of them remained at the common forces in Los Alamitos.

Some of the personnel deployed helped federal agents when they conducted immigration operations, but military authorities said that the troops were limited to security and crowded control and that they had no law enforcement officers. The National Guard played a role in the raid of marijuana farms both in the convoy descending in MacArthur Park and in Ventura and Santa Barbara districts.

US Regional Judge Charles Breyer in June San Francisco decided that Trump broke the law when he mobilized thousands of California national guards against the state’s wishes.

In a 36-page decision of a US Regional Court, Breyer wrote that Trump’s actions were “illegal ilgışıl illegal-and violated the 10th change in the US Constitution”. Breyer added that the Trump administration claimed that “a protest against the federal government, a fundamental civilian freedom protected by the first amendment, could justify a finding of a rebellion”.

However, the US 9th Court of Appeal paused the court order and allowed the troops to stay in Los Angeles while playing in the federal court. The Court of Appeal found that although the president’s authority to place the army in American cities, it was wide, although it was ılmaz unattractive ”.
