‘IDF Never Targets Civilians…’: Israel Responds To Remarks By UN Secy Gen Guterres | World News

The Israeli Foreign Ministry made a statement by the UN Secretary -General Antonio Guterres on Saturday, responding to statements on humanitarian assistance to Gaza and reiterated the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) attitude towards civilians.

“It is a deliberate tactical to blame Israel for the failures of the UN and Hamas’s actions.

“IDF never targets civilians and everyone who claims otherwise is clearly lying. GHF (Gaza Humanitarian Fund) deliberately target and killed Hamas – a crime that the UN never condemned – and also aims to collect help from GHF.”

Conclusion, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “The UN should decide now: a system that benefits monopoly and Hamas – thus preferring to extend the war, or is it interested in providing humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza?”
