M60 traffic LIVE: Huge crash between lorry and car with 45min delays | UK | News

There was traffic chaos on the M60 this morning following a serious collision between a lorry and a car. Following the collision, lanes 1 and 2 (of 3) were closed counterclockwise on the main motorway between junction 13 (Worsley) and junction 12 (M602). Emergency service and traffic teams were dispatched to the scene.

National Highways warned drivers that there would be delays of at least 45 minutes on approach and extra time would be allowed for their journey. Traffic service Inrix said: “M60 anti-clockwise entrance slipway closed, long delays, two lanes closed due to crash on J13 A572 Worsley Brow (Worsley). Traffic congestion on J18 (Simister Island).”
