White House National Economy Council Director Kevin Hassett said on Sunday, President Donald Trump’s congress negotiations to end the closure of the government “certainly did not go anywhere” will begin to dismiss for federal employees, he said.
Hassett, in CNN’s “Union Status”, “When everyone makes a new start at the beginning of the week, I think it’s still hopeful that democrats can see that it is discreet to avoid such dismissal.” He said.
As the government’s closure enters its fifth day, an open offamp does not appear.
Based on the demands of health services, the Democrats force them to include permanent extension of increasing premium tax loans in any government financing legislation.
However, the Republicans argue in December in December – not as part of the government’s closure negotiations – the stance should increase.
The Democrats continue to investigate their demands as the closure enters a new week.
The Trump administration has repeatedly warned massaches during the closure of a government, saying it would be “close” last week.
Trump also said that the closure offered him an “unprecedented opportunity” to reduce the size of federal agencies and to dismiss government employees, but the administration has not yet followed the threat.
Hassett said on Sunday, Trump and Management and Budget Director Russ Vought, “they are preparing to print something and prepare to take action if they are compulsory, but hoped that they did not do,” he said.
Nevertheless, Hassett expressed optimism that negotiations can solve the dead end this week.
“We think that the Democrats have the chance to be reasonable when they return to town on Monday.” He said.
“And if so, then I think there is no reason for this dismissal.”
