Trump illegally deployed national guard during LA Ice protests, judge rules | Trump administration
A judge ruled that during the Southern California immigration implementation protests, it was illegal for the Trump administration to use the national guard troops.
Judge Charles Breyer decided on Tuesday that Donald Trump’s administration had violated the Federal Law by sending unity to accompany the immigrant raids to federal agents. However, it did not require the withdrawal of the remaining troops.
