Trump loses appeal of E. Jean Carroll sexual abuse verdict

On Thursday, a Federal Court in New York approved a civilian jury decision, responsible for sexual harassing and slandering President Donald Trump, author E. Jean Carroll, and ordering him to pay $ 5 million.
In a unanimous decision, three referees appeal panels, Trump’s “the regional court chairing the trial” did not show that “any of the challenging decisions”, he said.

Trump objected to the May 2023 decision by a jury at the Manhattan Federal Court.
This jury found Carroll in a New York City store in the 1990s and found him responsible for slandering him in the late 2022, when he had sexually harassed and rejected his claim. Trump was not the president when he made statements that led to an insult decision.

In January 2024, a second jury at the same courthouse was found to be responsible for slandering Carroll in his statements in June 2019, when he was first opened to the public after the first time he had been raped at the Bergdorf Goodman store.
The jury in this second case ordered Trump to pay Carroll for $ 83.3 million compensation. Trump appeals this decision.
